Clodagh Hendy is an Irish Artist living in Kildare. After completing her degree in Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland, Clodagh travelled the world living and working in the Middle East and Asia.
On her return to Ireland in 2001, she built her own studio on the family farm, producing acrylic works on canvas, hand-painted lamp shades and hand painted silk scarves. Her work is inspired by …. flowers & the ocean. Clodagh undertakes commissions. Her work is on display from Ireland to the States, the Middle East and beyond. Previous commissions include a wild poppy triptych for a Dublin client, and in Abu Dhabi Clodagh was commissioned by a Sheik to capture the beauty of the Arabian Gulf in a collection of paintings. Clodagh sells her art at the annual Gifted Craft Fair in Dublin, Ireland and through a selection of shops. |
